We’re back with another episode of Sourcing School. Last week, our topic was how the best recruiters are entrepreneurial. If you missed it, check it out here. What are we talking about this week? Seeding candidate experiences, candidate workflows, and overcoming the gap that you’re having when you’re talking to a candidate. Also, Multi-channel vs Omni-channel marketing. What’s the difference?

Multi-channel: The brand is at the center of the message. In this case, the same message is broadcast over all channels.

Omni-channel: The customer is at the center of the strategy. It’s centered around consumer behavior and the message will adapt based on the consumer’s history and the platform they are on.

Tune in now for the conversation!

How does this relate to recruiting? Tune in and let us know what you think.
