Kelly Ann Doherty is the Chief People and Communications Officer at the Mr. Cooper Group. Her responsibilities span across all HR, Communications, and the company’s brand functions. All very important, especially as we start talking about attracting top talent to your organization.
Mr. Cooper is the largest non-bank mortgage servicer in the country, and also a top 15 mortgage originator. 2020 has been interesting for the company, not just helping homeowners impacted by the pandemic, but also with an increase in staffing on the mortgage originations team. They have been a hiring machine these days.
