Film School for Recruiters

In this episode, Ryan Leary & William Tincup discuss Film School for Recruiters: video, visual storytelling, and best practices for recruiters utilizing the camera.

As William says, “First of all, it’s consumption.”

The production value isn’t necessarily about quality.  What?  That’s exactly right.  People want real, so the most important thing is to get it out and make it matter – i.e., fill jobs.

To the point: candidates are moving faster than your job ads; they won’t make it past the second paragraph.  “Your customer’s customer is more video oriented than they were last year, and it’s just going more that way.”

Hence why you should listen to this episode…and take notes!
