Job is the CEO of Remote offering a global HR solution. Basically, they make it possible to employ anyone from anywhere in the world. They act as a local employer to provide benefits and payroll, along with compliance, to hire people without any risks. Typically these are short-term contract employees, but they can also help facilitate full-time employees as well.

What’s unique about Remote is that they do all this themselves using their own global infrastructure. They can onboard an employee within a few hours. They charge a single flat fee for their services, rather than percentages and tiers.
