Ladies and gentlemen, today we have a wonderful guest and topic for you. Managing and preparing for remote hiring is probably a topic we should have covered back in December…but we’re covering it now. We have Job van der Voort here from Remote to discuss with us.
Job is the CEO of Remote offering a global HR solution. Basically, they make it possible to employ anyone from anywhere in the world. They act as a local employer to provide benefits and payroll, along with compliance, to hire people without any risks. Typically these are short-term contract employees, but they can also help facilitate full-time employees as well.
What’s unique about Remote is that they do all this themselves using their own global infrastructure. They can onboard an employee within a few hours. They charge a single flat fee for their services, rather than percentages and tiers.
To hear Job’s take on how to manage and prepare for remote hiring, tune in!
