How to Hack PR (this is ridiculous)

Today we’re talking about how to hack PR to drive a ridiculous amount of free candidates. Last week, we talked about 5 ways you can combat email fatigue. If you missed it, check it out now!

Don’t Hire a PR Firm

First thing, don’t hire a PR firm. They don’t have experts in your field, and they can’t write or talk as deeply as you can. You have to create your own content.

Here’s a top-down approach, whether it’s corporate or agency:

Let’s say you’re recruiting for hospitality managers. Rather than having a PR firm, find someone in the organization that represents that particular job family and allow them to be a voice for the company. Hire people that can be ambassadors of your brand.

Create your own content. Create your own PR and press. Quick and simple.

To hear the conversation, tune in now! Let us know what you think.
