Tools Making a Difference During the Pandemic

Welcome back to another episode of RecruitingLive! We have a wonderful guest. We are talking with Steve Cerny about CareerBuilder and the tools that make a difference in tough times, like the current pandemic.

First, Introductions:

Steven Cerny is the VP of Sales at CareerBuilder and has spent the last 14 years with the company. They are a global, end-to-end human capital solutions company. Steve’s division provides technology solutions to the staffing agency industry as one of its primary segments. They service all sizes, from staffing firms to enterprise and small businesses.

How are they making a difference during the pandemic? With the job market having changed so rapidly, they have had to make changes as well to their approach. In response, they have developed tools for employers and job seekers alike.
