Why Recruiters Need To Adopt More Marketing Automation Instead Of CRM
Today I have on Adam and Mike from CandidateID, and we’re going to be talking about a really fun topic. This is a topic I’ve wanted to talk about for a while – recruiters thinking a little bit more about marketing automation rather than CRM. Adam and Mike are going to really break that down and tell us not only the why, but the how parts of that.
Introductions
CandidateID is a marketing automation solution for pipelining, nurturing, and recruiting in-demand talent.
Adam Gordon, CEO, has been in recruitment for 21 years in talent sourcing and recruitment marketing. He created CandidateID in 2016 and launched their product in 2017 as a way to integrate and automate pipelining candidates that are already within client ATS systems.
Mike Hughes joined the company this past year and is the Chief Technology Officer. With about 40 years of experience within the software engineering industry, he brings his strong technical, commercial, and management abilities and experience to the team.
