Hiring event platform Brazen was acquired by Radancy in a move that allows users to manage both virtual and in-person recruiting events through the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud.

With Brazen, Radancy said it will offer a complete, end-to-end platform for companies seeking to provide a “holistic” candidate experience across all channels. In addition, adding Brazen’s event technology will help customers “reduce their reliance on point solutions and stay focused on talent and business results,” said Radancy President and CEO Michelle Abbey.

“Creating an authentic connection for a candidate may start with an event in Brazen, but continues all the way through the hiring process, often touching multiple talent acquisition technologies,” added Brazen CEO Ed Barrientos. “By combining Brazen with the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud, we can create a seamless and unmatched experience for customers and, in turn, their candidates, with a single platform.”

Expanding Platform Capabilities

Integrating Brazen’s event technology with the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud will offer customers a single platform for creating, managing, hosting and promoting branded events across all industries and job types, the companies said. These include campus recruiting, diversity hiring, high-volume hiring and professional events.

At the same time, the combination will help eliminate inefficient recruiter efforts by using automation, candidate routing, interview scheduling and simplified event setup.

The acquisition isn’t Radancy’s first this year. In April, the company acquired Ascendify to add advanced CRM capabilities to its platform. At the time, Ascendify CEO Matt Hendrickson said the combination of technologies would result in advanced sourcing functionality, workflow automation, interview scheduling and event management.

Radancy claims its product can increase recruiter efficiency and decrease time to hire by 25% and cost to hire by 30%. The company says it has 1,200 employees who serve more than 550 platform customers across 10 countries.
