William T. Rolack, Sr. has spent 12 years in Human Resources and the last 14.5 in D&I as a practitioner. He has spent time with many different organizations and industries. Most recently he worked in D&I with Adecco Group North America as well as 5 years with Major League Baseball. For the last 2 years, he has been a global advisor and now is happy to be back in the industry with Workforce Logiq.
