Kindness Matters

With the onslaught of tech and focus on hard skills, industry experts worldwide are seeing a gap in human-to-human basics.  This is an area of expertise that simply cannot be taught online.

Soft Skills.

With this (and many other issues) in mind, RecruitingDaily’s William Tincup & Talemetry joined forces at HRTech 2019.  Each of our victims experts was asked the same important question:  What skills will you be hiring for in 2025.

We had no idea what answers we’d receive, and we weren’t disappointed.

50-odd hands went up, and we recorded as many as we could to create a pretty fantastic podcast series.

Listen to what Dianna Sheppard of CloudMills had to say about curiosity and the future of hiring in our last episode.

This clip features Kassandra Sharron, Marketing Coordinator at Talemetry, who illustrates the when, why, and how of one key area she believes will drive employers to hire.

That’s right.  Soft skills, baby.

William explores kindness and the foreseeable demand for overall “easy to be around” people, citing some real-life experience in watching the soft skills decline become reality.

Tune into to hear the rest.
