I am here today with Dave Rietsema, founder and CEO of HR Payroll Systems. We get to talk about something really great: we’re going to get into the topic of buying software during a pandemic. More specifically, HR/ Recruiting software.
Our guest has been both a practitioner and has also built a business around helping people buy HR software. Based in Orlando, Dave saw a need in the market for guidance on making better HR Technology decisions. He saw that companies often regret the purchases they made. So, he founded HR Payroll Systems in 2012 to help guide practitioners through the process and make it easier.
