Caitlin MacGregor is CEO and cofounder at Plum. They are in the industry of pre-employment assessments to help with talent acquisition.

In December 2020, they launched their new talent resilience platform which takes the best practices from industrial-organizational psychology into talent management. 

Plum’s Talents are more predictive of success than hard skills and experience. The future of talent management requires a more agile approach, based on people’s innate Talents, not expiring technical skills and experience. Plum enables employers to access predictive talent data at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
