Eightfold AI announced an integration partnership with Greenhouse, as well as the availability of the Eightfold Talent Intelligence Suite for all Greenhouse customers. The Talent Intelligence Suite helps employers develop a competitive edge in hiring and managing a contingent and full-time workforce.

Pymetrics has made available API features to allow more organizations to access its predictive hiring data. The API capabilities enables customers to maintain their existing systems of record and workflows while gaining the insights provided by Pymetrics’ Talent Matching Platform.  The technology can now integrate directly into applicant tracking systems, HCMs, LMS systems and other platforms.

iHire and WorkInSports completed their platform integration, bringing a new WorkInSports.com site experience and enhanced solutions to job seekers and employers in the sports industry. WorkInSports became the 57th industry-focused talent community in the iHire network when the companies merged in April.

Panther Global raised $2.5 million in seed funding to expand, hire and continue to provide hiring and payroll support for businesses looking to work with talent internationally. YellowBird, a gig marketplace that matches risk and environmental, health and safety professionals with businesses, closed its seed capital round with an oversubscribed $1.7 million. The investment will support the company’s growth with hiring, developing new markets across the country and further developing its platform.

The global freelance platforms market is expected to reach $9.9 billion by 2026, a CAGR of 15.3%from 2019’s level of $3.3 billion. Orbis Market Research said technical features such as machine learning are improving freelancer selection based on time, skill-set and compensation, and characterized competition in the space as “cutthroat.”

PRO Unlimited launched a new Data-as-a-Service solution, which provides organizations with comprehensive hiring intelligence and, it says, enables optimization of the over $4 trillion contingent labor market.
