iCIMS launched a turnkey, API-based integration with UKG. The bi-directional integration will help automate workflows, provide stronger candidate and employee data, and make hiring decisions with less manual work. Information can be sent from iCIMS Applicant Tracking into UKG Pro to automatically synchronize employee records and optimize new-hire, re-hires and transfer workflows.
Stoke Talent unveiled MyTalents, a customizable, searchable portal that aggregates information and reviews of all a company’s past and present independent contractors and agencies. The product allows customers to build an organizational memory of all non-payroll workers including independent contractors, freelancers and consultants, and keep all records in one, searchable database.
Degreed raised $153 million in Series D funding in a round led by Sapphire Ventures and Riverwood Capital. The company said the round pegs its current valuation at $1.4 billion. The funding will be used to accelerate product development, enhance data infrastructure, fuel global expansion and pursue strategic acquisitions, Degreed said. In addition, Dan Levin, former COO of Box will succeed Chris McCarthy as CEO.
